1. Who we are
Squadship is a product of DIATOZ Solutions Pvt Ltd, 5th floor, Pearl Paradise, Brookfield, Kundalahalli, Bangalore 560066, India (“DIATOZ”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers:
- the website squadship.ai;
- the Squadship service we host for customers (for example at squadship.diatoz.com);
- Squadship installed on a customer’s own servers (“on-premises”);
- accounts a customer connects to Squadship, such as a git provider or a LinkedIn company page.
Questions or requests: squadship@diatoz.com.
2. The squadship.ai website
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers. The website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
The demo request form. When you request a demo we receive what you type: your name, email address, company and message. It is stored in Squadship’s contact inbox and emailed to our team (sent through Amazon Web Services’ email service) so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you and follow up on your request; we do not sell it or add you to a mailing list without asking.
3. The hosted Squadship service
What we process
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Account data — name, email, a hash of your password, multi-factor authentication settings, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google | To let you sign in securely and to show who did what |
| Project content your organisation puts into Squadship — documents, requirements, designs, attachments, and code from repositories your organisation connects | To perform the work you ask Squadship to do |
| Activity and usage — actions in the product, model usage and cost, error logs | To run, secure, support and bill the service |
AI model providers
Squadship’s agents send the content needed for a task to the AI model provider your organisation selects in Squadship’s settings, which processes it to produce the result under that provider’s commercial API terms. Your organisation chooses the provider and can change it at any time; it can also use a model it runs itself, in which case that content does not go to an outside provider.
Web research, where your organisation enables it, currently uses Anthropic’s web search: the research question and the background needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which searches the web and returns the answer with its sources.
Where it is hosted
The hosted service runs in India. Network traffic passes through Cloudflare.
4. Squadship on your own servers (on-premises)
When Squadship is installed on a customer’s infrastructure, the customer’s project content, code and users’ data stay on that infrastructure, and AI calls go to the model provider the customer configures with its own key. For licence management the installation sends DIATOZ a periodic check-in containing only: an installation identifier, the customer name, the edition, the licence status and expiry, the software version, the number of projects and users, and the total AI tokens used in the last seven days. No project content, code, documents or personal details of users are sent.
5. Accounts you connect
Git providers (GitLab, GitHub)
When your organisation connects a repository, Squadship stores an access credential, encrypted, and uses it only to read and write that repository for the work your team asks for.
When an administrator of a LinkedIn company page connects that page to Squadship:
- Squadship stores the access token LinkedIn issues, encrypted, together with the page’s name and identifier;
- Squadship publishes to that page only posts that a person at your organisation has reviewed and approved, at the time they choose, including any image they approved;
- Squadship reads the engagement of the posts it published (such as reactions, comments and clicks) to show your team how they performed;
- Squadship does not post anything that was not approved, does not message people on your behalf, and does not use LinkedIn data for any other purpose or sell it;
- you can disconnect the page at any time in Squadship, or revoke access from your LinkedIn settings; the stored token is then deleted.
Google sign-in
If your organisation enables it, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier to sign you in.
6. Who else processes data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Squadship, under contracts that limit their use of it, and when the law requires it:
- the AI model provider your organisation selects, and Anthropic for web research where it is enabled;
- Cloudflare (website hosting and network);
- Amazon Web Services (sending email);
- the git providers, LinkedIn and Google, when your organisation connects them.
7. How long we keep it
- Project content is kept while your organisation’s account is active; deleting a project in Squadship deletes its content.
- Demo requests are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- When an organisation’s account closes, it has 30 days to export its data; its data is then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure. Billing and tax records are kept as long as Indian law requires (currently up to 8 years).
8. Security
Credentials and tokens are stored encrypted; connections use TLS; sign-in supports multi-factor authentication; access inside a project follows its members’ roles. DIATOZ Solutions Pvt Ltd is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (information security management) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU/UK GDPR — you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent you gave, object to certain processing, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to squadship@diatoz.com. Grievance Officer: legal@diatoz.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Where your organisation uses Squadship, it decides what project content goes in; requests about that content may be passed to your organisation.
10. Children
Squadship is a business product and is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes will be announced to customers before they take effect.
